There are 6 distinctive accommodations at Big River Lodge. Three are private guest cabins by the river, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large sleeping loft and a full kitchen. Two are private guest cabins by the river under the cliffs, each with a bedroom; full bath and a large sleeping loft. Each cabin has a wood stove and a private deck. There is one large private suite in the Main Lodge with a full bath, sitting area and private deck area. Each of the accommodations capture the spirit of old Montana, yet provide guests with the latest creature comforts.

Taken as a whole, the entire property at Big River Lodge is a very special place for groups, corporate meetings or just a gathering of friends or family. Up to 25 guests can be accommodated at the Lodge depending on the configuration of the group.

$5500/night for a group of 12, additional guests are $450/person/night There is an additional 7% tax. Please note that there is a 3 night minimum stay. Children and families are welcome. However, the lodge and activities are best suited to children 11 years or older. Check with the lodge for appropriate family weeks and children’s rate schedule. Not included are gratuities for lodge staff and guides, fishing licenses, and gear.

Our Conference Center can accommodate up to 22 people for meetings and features the latest

NON-FISHING PACKAGE: $1020./PERSON INCLUSIONS: PRIVATE GUEST CABIN, AIRPORT TRANSFERS, ALL MEALS, BEVERAGES AND TAXES.

Accommodations at Big River Lodge are by reservation only. To make a reservation, please call for availability. Tentative reservations are held for 72 hours until deposit is confirmed by credit card.

We require a 35% deposit upon reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. 25% of the trip price is non-refundable. The balance of the deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival upon written notice. No refunds will be given if written notice is received less than 60 days prior to arrival. We strongly suggest the purchase of trip insurance to cover you in the event of a cancellation after the final payment has been made.

Our check-in time is 4 p.m. Should you arrive earlier, please be prepared to enjoy our facilities until your accommodation is ready. On your day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room no later than 11 a.m. If you would like to linger into the afternoon, we would be happy to store your luggage.

Guided fishing, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, naturalist guides and airport transportation can and should be arranged in advance. We would be happy to make these arrangements for you.

A spirit of gracious hospitality prevails at Big River Lodge. Meals are generally family-style dining. We are a non-smoking property, although smoking is permitted on the decks of the cabins and Main Lodge. We are not equipped for pets at Big River Lodge, however, should you wish your pet to accompany you on your visit, we would be pleased to make the necessary arrangements at nearby kennels.
